The Netflix Punisher Episode is upon us. Carl and Dan have an enthusiast conversation about the Netflix series starring Jon Bernthal as Frank Castle, the gun-hauling, knife-wielding, grunt-fueled vigilante known as The Punisher.
The Netflix series serves as a stylized glimpse into the life and mind of soldiers stricken with PTSD and how the country tends to forget our protectors when they come home. Frank Castle is the story of loss and what life is like after revenge is successfully taken.

Since the release of this episode, The Punisher Season 2 starring Jigsaw dropped. As a bit of insight into our collective Netflix viewing, I decided to skip season two. I must say, that series became too violent for me and Shane Frank’s constant mugging and scowling was taking a toll on my own psyche. The Punisher isn’t for all of us but they sure nailed the casting. I am going to go nap now. My body is stressed…
